Q: Can you deliver my order to any destination within Belarus?

A: Basically we deliver almost everywhere in Belarus. The flowers delivery within Minsk costs 3$. If the desired destination is not within Minsk and Minsk area that some extra fee for distant delivery fee would apply. Contact us and we will answer all your questions ASAP. The amount of the distant delivery fee varies according to the distance, weather and geographical conditions.

Q: What is your delivery policy?

A: We usually deliver orders within one working day. However in rare cases when a delivery cannot be made within 24 hours, you will be contacted immediately.

Q: How long in advance should I place my order?

A: We processes orders for deliveries on 7 days per week 24 hours per day basis. However due to Holidays, weekends and other regional factors we highly recommend to place your order 3 days or more in advance.

Q: How do I know that my order has been received?

A: We will send you e-mail confirming when your order has been processed and another confirmation once your order has been delivered within 6 hours after delivery.

Q: Can you take a photo of my friend with present?

A: We can take a photo of delivery upon your request only. Please contact us and we will provide you this service for a small extra fee.

Q: Can you check the order recipient address before the order will be delivered?

A: We can provide this service only for Minsk (the capital of the Republic) and regional centers of Belarus. Often informational service do not provide this information. In this case, the only way to make sure an address is correct is to go to this building and to check if the person lives there. Note that we do not refund if delivery could not be done because of incorrect address.
